What we don't do
Honest list. If one of these is a dealbreaker, save us both a call.
- We are not a PEO. No co-employment. (If you want one, JustWorks is the right call.)
- Currently, we don't support employees outside the US. EOR coming soon!
- We do not have a Microsoft Teams employee experience. Slack only.
- We do not run a marketplace of third-party apps. We expose an MCP and let you build what you need.
- We do not sell separate IT or finance products. If you want Rippling-style device MDM or spend management in the same suite, we are not the answer.
- For now, we don't do hourly workers (coming soon).
- We don't charge you for every module you add. It's one price for everything we offer.
- We do not gate AI usage behind seat counts. There is no "AI add-on." It is the architecture.
