**Pricing model:** $100 per employee one-time onboarding + $40 per month flat AI usage. Winslow Forward (Scale tier) adds $5,000/month for the embedded People Ops Engineer. No per-employee-per-month subscription, ever.

## 10 — What we don't do

- We are not a PEO. No co-employment.
- Currently, we don't support employees outside the US. EOR coming soon!
- We do not have a Microsoft Teams employee experience. Slack only.
- We do not run a marketplace of third-party apps. We expose an MCP.
- We do not sell separate IT or finance products.
- For now, we don't do hourly workers (coming soon).
- We don't charge you for every module you add. It's one price for everything we offer.
- We do not gate AI usage behind seat counts. There is no "AI add-on."
- We do not negotiate multi-year lock-ins. Annual contracts only.
