What types of questions can Winslow answer?
Winslow can answer questions about any policies or procedures you give it. If you connect to your HRIS system, we can additionally answer contextual questions based on employee profile information such as location or department. Winslow can also retrieve personal information for employees from your HRIS system such as their last paystub or accrued PTO.
Does Winslow work on my own policies?
Yes, Winslow ingests you policies and procedures whereever they live (OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, etc..) to build a central knowledge base of content to answer questions from.
Where does my HR team access Winslow?
Your HR team can access Winslow through our web app or directly inside of Gmail, Outlook, Slack or Teams. We are planning more integrations and a mobile app in the future.
Where can my employees access Winslow?
If you choose to enable employee self-service, your employees will access Winslow through Slack or Teams
Can I control if my employees can use Winslow?
Yes, you can turn employee self-service off or on as you like. If employee self-service is turned off, your HR team and whoever you create an account for in Winslow will still have access to use Winslow inside of Slack or Teams.
