Yes, Winslow ingests you policies and procedures whereever they live (OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, etc..) to build a central knowledge base of content to answer questions from.

Your HR team can access Winslow through our web app or directly inside of Gmail, Outlook, Slack or Teams. We are planning more integrations and a mobile app in the future.

If you choose to enable employee self-service, your employees will access Winslow through Slack or Teams

Yes, you can turn employee self-service off or on as you like. If employee self-service is turned off, your HR team and whoever you create an account for in Winslow will still have access to use Winslow inside of Slack or Teams.
